The SkiMeister Cafe features a unique alpine design, intriguing ski history memorabilia, a cozy open hearth fireplace, large Plasma EDTV Television for sports and movies, plus public internet access on our cafe computer. The cafe also offers Free Wireless Internet Access for our guests with laptops.
The 45 seat dining room also features a friendly bar serving local beer, ale, and a selection of wines by the glass.
In Summer
Breakfast Hours 7:30-10:00 AM, Weekends & Holidays 7:00-10:30 AM
Afternoon Tea 3:00-5:00 PM
In the morning, our wonderful Full Country Buffet Breakfast is served including eggs, cinnamon french toast, pancakes with fruit, homefried potatoes, delicious bacon, local maple cured sausage, real Vermont Maple Syrup, hot and cold cereals, and of course fresh fruit.
In the Afternoon coffee, tea, ice tea, lemonade and delicious baked goods are served from 3-5 pm in the Cafe or on the Brick Terrace.
In Winter

Afternoon Apres-Ski 4:30-6:30 PM

After skiing, guests enjoy our Apres-Ski including complimentary hot soup or chowder, vegetable and cheese platter, hot cider, a cozy fire in the old world fireplace and entertaining Ski Movies or major sporting events on the large screen EDTV Plasma Screen.
New this winter! CBC Hockey Night in Canada for our canadian friends.
Also! We'll have full television coverage of the Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy on the large screen EDTV Large Screen Plasma TV.
