Guarantee Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: A deposit of 50% of the package price or 1 night's lodging, which ever is greater, is required to confirm reservations. Balance of reserved stay is due upon arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy 

A 10-day cancellation notice is required on all reservations. If you cancel up to 10 days before your scheduled arrival date, your deposit minus a $35 processing fee will be refunded. If you cancel within 10 days before your reserved arrival date, you forfeit your deposit. Cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival date, you'll be responsible for the full payment of your stay. Full payment is due on arrival and is based on the entire stay reserved. Payment of the deposit secures your accommodations for the dates reserved and confirms your acceptance of your financial responsibility for the entire stay reserved. If you leave early, you will not be refunded for the balance of your stay. If you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, you will be financially responsible for the entire stay reserved. We suggest you consider travel insurance (such as Travel Guard) to cover any losses incurred if unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans.

 

Check-in/ Check-out Times

Check-in time is 3:00 pm, should your arrival be later than 8:00 pm, we kindly request you to contact us for instructions regarding our late check-in procedure. The designated check-out time is 11:00 am.

While early check-ins are generally not possible, we strive to meet your travel requirements and may occasionally offer early check-in from 1:00 pm, subject to a $50 service charge. Please phone us 24 hours before your arrival to inquire about early check-in availability. Additionally, we might be able to extend your check-out time upon request. A fee of $50 is applicable for a check-out extension until 1:00 pm, based on availability.

 

Additional Persons

Our room rates include up to 2 adults per room. If you want to add more people to the room, you will be charged an additional $40 for each adult and $15 for each child (+6 years) per room per night. 

 

Smoke-free Policy

Innsbruck Inn at Stowe has a Smoke-Free Policy for the benefit of all our guest's health. Please be aware that Smoking is not permitted in the inn, its accommodations, or within 50 feet of the Main inn building, Guest Chalet, Outdoor Swimming Pool Area, and Outdoor Hot Tub Area. Suppose evidence shows that Smoking has occurred in a guest's accommodations or adjacent to their accommodations. In that case, The Innsbruck Inn at Stowe reserves the right to charge the registered customer up to $500 to reimburse the management for the additional cost of cleaning my accommodations.

 

Pet Policy 

If you're bringing your pet, please call the hotel directly to make your reservation. A pet charge of $45 per dog per day (no more than two dogs, and limited to 50 pounds each).

Please be aware that dogs are the only pets allowed; they must never be left alone on the property. While we love our pets, not everyone feels the same way. For this reason, dogs are not permitted inside the common hotel areas; in the Pool/Spa area, guests are responsible for cleaning up their pet waste. 

To reserve a room at Innsbruck Inn at Stowe for you and your pet, you must accept full responsibility for any liability, claims, costs and expenses for personal injury or damage to our guest room caused by your pet. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refunding funds if your pet causes an inconvenience to other guests or staff. 

If a pet is found in a room not designated as dog-friendly, you agree to pay a $250 fee or if your animal causes stains or damage to a pet-friendly room. Dog owners must also bring a crate for their animals.
